For unfilled PE, PP, PS and ABS, yes. Add glass fibre or mineral filler and we would steer you to a bimetallic barrel instead.
Yes — screw only, barrel only or a matched set. For a set we machine both together and set the clearance ourselves.
We hold semi-finished steel in common diameters, which shortens delivery. Finished screws are made to order — we do not keep a shelf of finished random sizes.
