Rollers are the wear item in a planetary extruder. They run against the spindle and the barrel raceway at the same time, so a set has to be dimensionally identical — we supply them matched, not picked from stock.

Mismatched diameters load each roller differently, causing uneven plasticising and rapid wear. Sets are the only sensible way to buy them.
