Roller spindles are the working surface of the planetary stage: they roll against bore and core screw simultaneously, and their profile defines the kneading. We supply new spindle sets — 7, 9 or 12 spindles — machined and nitrided to match your section.
Also re-grinding and re-nitriding of worn sets where the allowance allows. Send one spindle as a sample and we reproduce the profile and hardening.

If profile depth and diameter still have allowance, re-grinding plus re-nitriding is economical; beyond that, new spindles. Send the worn set and we inspect both options.
